Personal Attributes
Strong minded, focused, and calm. He prefers to work in the background and get the work done, quietly and correctly. It is about precision. He is a previous World Champion 3 day eventer (horse riding), international polo player, artic explorer, and very bad skier.

What This Means
He has brought the lessons learned from the sports field in to the office. If you want to succeed, you need integrity and hard work. His philosophy – people do not start lucky… the harder they work, the luckier they become.

Interests
Anything sport related. He has been competing at the highest level of equestrian sports since a young age, winning numerous team and individual European and World medals, and recently played for the Irish polo team v USA in Newport, USA. Loves cars, doesn’t know how they work (oil goes in cars right?)
