Clarke Jeffers historically operated from rented offices on Wilton Terrace, Dublin. However, we have grown a lot since first setting foot in the Capital so in 2019 the decision was made to purchase our own purpose built offices. In considering the perfect location, we listened to our clients requirements. First and foremost was accessibility followed closely by parking. Access via public transport and good services were also high on the list. Taking all of this into account we identified the old Taney building in Dundrum. Formerly an old school house and subsequently the offices of Kelly Noone Solicitors, the building was ideally located in Dundrum. Access from the M50 and with its own dedicated private parking facility. Served by the Luas and only 100 yards from the world famous Dundrum Shopping Centre. The offices were perfect. In early 2020 we embarked on a full renovation of the building to bring it to the most modern standard possible.
Standing at 5,400 Square feet over two levels the building hosts modern meeting rooms, the highest health and safety equipment and standards, its own client dedicated parking,, EV charge points etc. Despite its modernisation, the building retains its character.
