Defence Litigation

Being successful in business in the long-term means being successful at handling all of the bumps on the way.  If you are either in business and do any real volume then at some stage in your career you will be sued. Quite often insurance kicks in and relieves the situation but more and more (and particularly with the introduction of Covid 19) insurance is not providing cover or insurance may not be possible to obtain. This can leave an individual, company or business having to fend for itself.  In addition to this prospect, a loss in that litigation can often spell financial run for the business.

Our Firm has over forty years of experience in providing Commercial Defence advice and representation to individuals, SME, international businesses and PLCs. Our Firm also represents Insurance Companies in the provision of defence services.

The best advice we can give to someone who is facing commercial litigation is act immediately. Doing less than the opposition is never a strategy.  Our Team understand the benefit of both speed in getting ahead of the problem.
